Message from the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan to the University of Sulaimani

Mr. Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, extended his congratulations to the University of Sulaimani on the occasion of achieving the first rank among Iraqi universities.

In his message, the PUK President says, "From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate the esteemed President, lecturers, staff, and beloved students of the University of Sulaimani on the occasion of achieving the first rank at the level of Iraqi universities."

In his message, Bafel Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, also states that this important scientific achievement, which the mother university has obtained for the second time, is a source of happiness for all of us and another point of pride for Sulaimani.
