The staff of the Kurdistan Students Association visited Mr.
Rafaat Abdullah, the Deputy President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan
(PUK), where they discussed the work and activities of the association in
detail.
The relaunch of the Kurdistan Students Association in a
different and modern form was a key topic of discussion during the visit. In
this regard, the Deputy President of the PUK highlighted the association's
efforts to further serve students and the progression of education and higher
education, describing it as a source of pride.
In the continuation of his discussions, Rafaat Abdullah
mentioned that he will be a supporter and collaborator of the Students
Association's work, and their goal is to expand the scope of the Students
Association's work and projects to all students in the Kurdistan Region.
In another part of his speech, the Deputy President also
pointed out that the independence in the work of the Kurdistan Students
Association and moving away from party hegemony has given a bright and
different face to the Kurdistan Students Association, and he views their hard
work with respect.
Another part of the visit was dedicated to the future work
and projects of the Students Association, and they were discussed. He expressed
his cooperation and support for the work and said: "Our goal is to expand
the scope of your work and projects to serve all students in the Kurdistan
Region. For this purpose, we will be cooperative and coordinating, and we want
you to be the ones who create the environment that students desire and be the
fulfillers of their wishes."
