The Kurdistan Students Association provided for the needs of visually impaired students

As the first step in its commitment to support visually impaired students, the Kurdistan Students Association has taken on the responsibility of providing for their needs.

Today, in the hall of the Kurdistan Students Association, a reception was held for visually impaired students from the provinces of Sulaymaniyah, Kirkuk, Halabja, and the Garmian region. All the students, accompanied by some of their family members, visited the Kurdistan Students Association building.

This initiative follows a promise of support made by the association to visually impaired students on World Braille Day

The project, in partnership with the Andrea Organization, has put the support for visually impaired students into action.

The support focuses on providing educational necessities specifically for visually impaired students
In the initial phase of the project, 55 students have benefited.

The association plans to expand this initiative in the future to include visually impaired students from all educational institutions in Kurdistan.

Furthermore, the Kurdistan Students Association has announced that this support will extend to all visually impaired students at the primary, secondary, high school, university, and institute levels.
