Continuing its efforts to serve and develop the education sector, the Kurdistan Students Association successfully launched the first groundbreaking initiative of the EduVision Project.
The EduVision Project held its inaugural event at the Rotana Hall, where a group of teachers and high school students participated. They exchanged diverse ideas and perspectives in an academic atmosphere, enriching the EduVision dialogue.
The EduVision Project consists of five consecutive series, with the first series successfully implemented. A number of public and private schools participated in the program without discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, politics, or nationality.
The goal of this project is to foster intensive, topic-driven discussions led by students, specifically addressing challenges in the education sector. This aims to develop solutions and advance the growth of this vital part of society.
Through EduVision, high school students can present their projects, engage in debates, and receive pledges of support and follow-up directly during these discussion panels.
Additionally, the EduVision Project establishes a bridge of communication between students from governmental/non-governmental high schools. This ensures students are at the heart of decision-making and educational activities in all aspects.
In the first series, 25 students and 21 teachers from 19 different high schools participated in EduVision. The event focused on schools under the Sulaymaniyah West Education Directorate, and it has been decided that all other high schools will be invited to participate in subsequent series.
